We started making Limoncello in January, when 500 Sorrento Lemons arrived.
All peeled by hand and steeped in our base alcohol until May, then came the addition of sugar syrup to make the lemon flavoured alcohol in to Limoncello!
We used a lot of it to make our Summer Seasonal Edition Gin. What happened to the rest?
It got bottled and sent for testing.
Now here it is!
