Gin Cocktails

Ingredients

50ml Assay Liquorice Gin
10ml 'More bees please' Honey
20ml fresh lemon juice

Garnish

Lemon

Method

Chill your glass in the freezer

Pour the 50ml Assay Liquorice Gin into a jug, add in the honey and lemon juice and stir well until the honey has dissolved

Strain through a sieve into your chilled glass, add ice if you prefer

Garnish with lemon rind 'bee' on a cocktail stick
