Ingredients

25ml Assay Elderflower & Apricot Gin
25ml Chilled Apricot Puree
5ml Lemon Juice
Chilled Prosecco 

 

These measures make 2 drinks

Method

Pour 25ml Apricot puree, 25ml of Elderflower & Apricot Gin & 5ml lemon juice into a glass & top up with Prosecco. 

We were all out of peaches so we used our Elderflower & Apricot Gin
