Cool Assay Cucumber
50ml Assay Vodka
50ml Martini Bianco
10ml Sugar Syrup
Sprig of mint & cucumber to garnish
Cut long thin strips of cucumber and line the inside of your glass then add in ice.
Slice 6-8 slices of cucumber and put it in the bottom of the cocktail shaker. Then use a muddler or a wooden spoon, mash the cucumber to a pulp. Once this has been acheived fill a cocktail shaker with 2/3 ice.
Pour into the shaker 50ml Assay Vodka, 50ml Martini Bianco & 10ml Sugar syrup and shake until it's 'too cold to hold.
Using a sieve pour mix into your garnished glass.
Finish the drink with a sprig of mint
