Ingredients

50ml Assay Liquorice Gin

25ml Fresh Lemon Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

Soda Water

​

Garnish

Wedge of Lemon

Cherry & Lemon Peel

​

Method

Firstly, ice your glass

 

Pour in 50mls of Assay Liquorice Gin

 

Using a sieve pour in the fresh lemon juice and 15ml of sugar syrup

 

Stir very well

 

Top up to as desired taste with soda water

 

Dress with either a lemon wedge, or peel twist on a cocktail stick with cherries

 

Tip - Rolling the lemon peel to make a twist around a chopstick or your long handled bar spoon over your drink, will burst all the fresh lemon oils over the rim of the glass which will give an amazing hit of lemon when you drink.
