Ingredients

50ml Assay St Clements Gin

25ml Amaretto

20ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

10ml Sugar Syrup

Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Garnish

Slice of Orange

Method

Ice your glass

Fill a shaker ⅔ full with ice

 

Pour into the shaker the 50ml Assay St Clements Gin, 25ml Amaretto, 20ml Lemon Juice and 10ml Sugar Syrup

 

Shake vigorously until it's too cold to hold

 

Strain into the iced glass, add a few dashes of Angostura Bitters and garnish with an Orange slice
