50ml Assay London Dry Gin
15ml Creme De Violette
30ml fresh lime juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
Orange or Lemon peel
Chill your glass in the freezer for a short time
Fill your cocktail shaker with 2/3 full of ice
Add into the shaker 50ml of Assay London Dry Gin, 15ml Creme De Violette, 15ml Cointreau, 30ml Sugar Syrup
Shake until it's 'too cold to hold'
Strain through a sieve into your chilled glass
Garnish with a lemon or orange peel twirl, or both!
Purple like a moonlit night
