Ingredients
25ml Assay London Dry Gin
25ml Cointreau
25ml Professore Bianco

Garnish
Lemon

Method
In a cocktail jug add ice & the liquid ingredients.
​
Stir until the ice has started to melt & diluted it to your taste.
​
Pour into a glass with ice & garnish with a lemon peel twist. Twisting the peel over the glass to allow the oil in the peel to spray into the glass giving the drink an instant citrus hit.
It's like a normal Negroni only EPIC!
