Passion Fruit Martini
45 ml Assay Vodka - with Vanilla
15 ml Passoa
30 ml Passion Fruit Puree
15 ml Lime Juice
15 ml Vanilla Syrup
60 ml Prosecco
Whole Passion fruit
Fill a shaker 2/3rds full with ice.
Pour in the Vodka, Passoa, Passion Fruit Puree, Lime Juice, Vanilla Syrup and the inside of half the Passion Fruit.
Vigorously shake until the shaker is too cold to hold.
Strain into a Martini glass, if it has been shaken hard a 'crema' will appear on top of the drink where you can place the other half of the passion fruit onto.
Serve with a sidecar of prosecco.
