Tasting Notes
Nose- Soft on the nose, with subtle complexity of woody herbs (Bay? Sweet Savoury?). Undertones of spearmint and cocoa butter.
Palate- Classic Assay mouth-coating texture. Sweet, but not sickly. Really smooth, soft and easy drinking for 45% ABV. Herbs, mint and cocoa butter carry on from the nose. Moreish.
Finish- Warming pepper notes linger with sweet herbs and balanced bitterness.
