Rhubarb Creme

Ingredients

50ml Assay Roasted Rhubarb Vodka

2-3, good scoops of vanilla ice-cream (softened) 
A splash of milk or single cream 
Rhubarb & Custard boiled sweets

Method

Firstly crush a handful of rhubarb and custard boiled sweets. Dip the rim of the glass into water then into the rhubarb and custard crystals to form a sugar rim.
 

Add ice to the glass
 

Into a mixer add the Assay Roasted Rhubarb Vodka, ice cream and a splash of milk or cream.  Mix until light and frothy.

 

Pour into the glass over ice.
