St Clements Sunset
Ingredients
50ml Assay St Clements Gin
100ml Orange Juice
50ml Grenadine
Soda Water
Garnish
Clementines or an Orange

Method
Ice your glass.
Pour into the glass the Assay St Clements Gin and the orange juice.
Slowly trickle the Grenadine in, this should ensure the Grenadine falls to the bottom of the glass.
Top up the glass with a small amount of Soda Water.
The appearance of the drink should resemble the colours of a sunset. You can either drink it how it is or stir for a consistent flavour throughout the drink.
Garnish with orange or clementine slices, peel shapes or wedge.
Not only is it tasty, it's pretty to look at!
