Assay Strawberry Crush
Ingredients
50ml Assay Strawberry & Black Pepper Vodka
Fresh Strawberries
20ml lime juice
10ml Sugar syrup
Crushed ice

Garnish
Strawberries
Rosemary

Method
In a blender crush some ice & pour into your glass.
Pour 50ml of Assay Strawberry & Black Pepper Vodka, fresh Strawberries, 20ml fresh lime juice and 10ml Sugar syrup into the blender & mix until full incorporated.

Use a sieve & pour over the crushed ice.
Garnish with Strawberries and/or rosemary.
