Ingredients
40ml Assay Liquorice Gin
25ml Disaronno
25ml Cream
15ml Lemon Curd
5ml Vanilla Syrup
Garnish
Pink Glitter
Edible Flowers
Lemon Peel Spirals
Method
Fill a cocktail shaker 2/3rds full with ice, add in all your ingredients and shake vigorously until the shaker is too cold to hold.
Double strain, using a sieve into a Martini glass.
Garnish with edible flowers, glitter or grated chocolate.
A bit late to the party!
